Leadership Committee


The MCoC Leadership Committee consists of a Chair, Vice Chair, Clerk, and 4 -10 Members at Large. Officers are elected for two year terms and voted on by the General Assembly.

Starting in 2023, the following officers are voted in on odd years: Vice Chair, Clerk, and At Large Members 1 - 5.

Starting in 2024, the following officers will be voted in on even years: Chair and At Large Members 6 - 10.

Subcommittees


In addition to the Leadership Committee, the MCoC operates six subcommittees that each focus on specific priority areas.

Community Care Team

This team focuses on the most complex cases of individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Manchester. They meet to develop collaborative plans to provide the most effective services for our most vulnerable populations. These individuals and families are high utilizers of services throughout the community and are also often the most difficult to engage in services.

Coordinated Entry

This subcommittee focuses on problem-solving whenever there are challenges in Manchester’s Coordinated Entry System and ensuring data quality in the MCoC Coordinated Entry Program in the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).  For more information on Manchester’s Coordinated Entry Program, please follow this link to the Coordinated Entry tab.

Verterans Committee

This subcommittee is a  collaboration between the MCoC, the Greater Nashua Continuum of Care, and the Balance of State Continuum of Care to focus on the unique needs of veterans who are experiencing homelessness. This subcommittee has worked to establish a strategic statewide strategy to prevent and end homelessness amongst New Hampshire’s veterans.

Homeless Outreach Collaborative

The collaborative focuses on highlighting available resources, communication and workflows, encampment hot spots and trends, team schedules, and de-identified cases. There are two separate groups in the Outreach Subcommittee: Organizational Planning and Coordination and Homeless Outreach Workers Coordination.

Youth Committee

This subcommittee meets on the needs of youth (24 years old or younger) who experience unaccompanied homelessness. It focuses on developing a community strategy to prevent and end youth homelessness in conjunction with the statewide Youth Action Board. Areas of focus include accurate data, developing appropriate housing programs and other services, and implementing action steps from the Coordinated Community Plan developed for the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Grant.

Data and Program Evaluation Committee

The McoC’s newest subcommittee, this group focuses on improving systems of data collection across the entire continuum of care. Committee members meet to discuss strategies to collect, assess, and utilize data about homelessness and homelessness services in the MCoC. This subcommittee also works on strategies to monitor and evaluate program and service performance within the MCoC system.
